| You cannot apply logic to this situation. I know you're sitting there thinking, but wait...I can electrify my fence and such. Did you know in Cali you have to specify that a fence is electrified? Did you know that someone injured by one can legally sue you and will likely win if they "accidentally" touch it. There have been cases of setting minor and major traps for crooks in houses and the owners LOST time and time again. Everything from electrocution and smaller injuries to a guy who rigged a shotgun to fire on some guys that kept breaking into his house. He was scared for his life and his wife's life and STILL he was sent to jail when a guy broke in and was killed. Maybe in your state the laws differ, but you're asking for it here. They do have those shocking CLUB devices, but those skirt around somehow...something about having a warning and people knowing what it is and clearly defying it. Shocked caps would not fly. If you still can't fathom this, let me know.
